LIST OF ACTION SQUAD IN ACTIVITY
FROM 1919 TO 1922

Listed in this section are the Action Squads, divided by city, which operated before the March on Rome. The list is obviously incomplete: in fact, official listings of these formations do not exist.
The only somewhat reliable census was made on occasion of the gathering of relics for the Fascist Revolution Exhibition of 1932. Inaugurated in Rome, the exhibition celebrated the first decennial of the Fascist Revolution.
Unfortunately, this census was lost along with a great part of all the relics displayed.
The following list derives from periodicals of era, books on action squads, from Chiurco’s optimum text, “Storia della Revoluzione Fascista”, and from numerous documents of the fascist Federations that are in my possession.
I invite anyone who has relics, photographs, or information constituting a name or names to contact me; we will together update this list and shed some light on the Squads and their components.
